Rich crimson red, this wine is loaded with aromas of cherry cola, oregano and butterscotch. Ample and integrated tannins give this wine a chewy, complex texture that combines with rich flavors of raspberries, black currant and luxurious dark chocolate. Cranberry oil lingers on the long finish. Enjoy now and through August 2018.

Fiddletown is nearly 200 feet higher in elevation than most of the other vineyards in Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley. Situated in a bowl, the vineyards experience daytime high and low temperatures that are typically 5-10 degrees cooler than other vineyards, and have the longest growing season. The cooler temperatures help sustain beautiful, crisp acidity during the maturation process. Wines from the Fiddletown AVA tend to be bright and intensely fruity.
