Our 2015 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks for six months to maintain the natural acidity and crisp fruit character of our individual blocks. The aromatics lean toward cassis and passion fruit. Well-balanced vibrancy and a minerality that can be attributed to the granite soil on the estate.
