100% Estate Grown. For the Albariño, full flavor development occurred at a slightly higher sugar level than previous vintages resulting in moderately elevated alcohol levels and fabulous acidity. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks and kept on the lees for a few months adding layers of complexity.
The wine has stone fruit aromatics while the mouth has a beautiful richness. There is a natural freshness, tension, and verticality coming from the estate's soil that we love to see expressed.
